НОК обеспечивают предоставление своим спортсменам помощи со стороны врачей сборных команд. ОКОИ обязан уважать право пациентов на конфиденциальность. При оказании медицинской помощи спортсмену медицинский персонал ОКОИ может консультироваться с врачами сборных команд или предоставлять им соответствующую информацию только с разрешения спортсмена.

NOCs will have made provisions for their athletes to be placed under the care of the NOC team doctors; the OCOG should respect confidentiality of all patients in their care. Only with the athlete’s permission should the OCOG medical staff consult with and/or update the NOC team doctors regarding medical care provided to the athletes.
